hi, my name is Zee.
Officially Zarnaz, but I prefer Zee. Otherwise known as "The Queen of House" and now the "The Queen of Cheese." Introducing, my new company - honey, IT'S CHEESE. (Did ya catch that). 😂
So here we are... welcome to my cheese page. How did this happen?
I'm originally from Seattle, WA. I moved to Vegas in 1994 to attend UNLV for Hospitality Management. Simultaneously, I opened and operated my coffee concept, "Seattle's Famous Espresso."
In the ensuing 25 years, I became one of the nation's leading talent executives for Electronic and House music.
Like many of us, the pandemic impacted my career and devastated the hospitality and entertainment industry in Las Vegas. This forced me to reassess my full-time position in entertainment as Executive Director at Wynn & Encore.
After 20 years of working globally with some of the most prominent hoteliers, artists, hospitality brands, and with the future of entertainment in flux, it was time I re-embraced my roots as a hospitality entrepreneur.
I have been lucky to travel to some of the most beautiful places throughout my life: Rome, Spain and its beautiful islands, Formentera and Ibiza, Greece, Sweden, the UK, the Caribbean, Mexico, Bali, and many more. My extensive travels refined my taste for fine cuisine and my appreciation for different cultures, and that's how Honey, It's Cheese was born in 2020.
I'm back at UNLV working towards my Masters in TBD, a full-time single mom, executive producing a travel show for 10m, close to launching my foundation, and waiting to get back into entertainment.
I'm now having so much fun serving the best high-quality meats, cheeses, fruits, and everything in between, from custom gourmet charcuterie boards, boxes, tables, and much more.
I use all organic products when available and the best quality of goodies with them.
